The role of a Parts Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate is to manage the receipt of inventory from dealerships and outside vendors.

1. Receive and stock all parts orders.
2. Inspect shipments for quantity and damages.
3. Maintain physical inventory by organizing stock correctly, ensuring items are in sealable condition and free of safety hazards.
4. Efficiently utilize available space to keep all parts shelves stocked.
5. Handle warranty claims following dealership guidelines.
6. Notify the parts manager of any damaged or missing parts upon receipt.
7. Maintain a special order file and notify customers when their parts arrive.
8. Inform the service manager when special order parts are received.
9. Be able to lift, bend, and carry parts weighing up to 75 pounds.
10. Follow safety instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
11. Pay close attention to detail.
12. Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
13. Pass pre-employment background and drug screens.
