Ascendum Machinery, a leading Volvo Construction Equipment dealer, is seeking a Parts Warehouse Representative for our Garner, NC (Raleigh Metro) branch. The role suits someone with parts warehouse or counter experience who wants growth with a respected heavy equipment company.

Responsibilities include processing parts orders, pulling and stocking parts, and maintaining inventory accuracy while upholding safety and excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in a warehouse setting.
• At least a two-year degree or high school diploma.
• Foundation in heavy equipment, equipment components or like mechanical parts.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of manufacturers' parts ordering procedures.
• Familiar with safety requirements for a warehouse environment including operating forklift.
• Ability to expedite orders to meet customer needs.

• Provide operational support for parts orders to service technicians.
• Pulling parts orders accurately and timely.
• Receiving parts into inventory and stocking.
