Ascendum Machinery in Concord, NC (Charlotte Metro) is seeking a Parts Warehouse Representative to join our team in the parts department. The role provides essential support to service technicians and customers by pulling parts, receiving inventory, and maintaining accurate stock levels while upholding safety and quality standards.

Prior warehouse experience and basic computer skills are required; forklift experience is a plus.

Ascendum Machinery, a leading Volvo Construction Equipment dealer, is offering an excellent opportunity for a Parts Warehouse Representative in our Concord, NC (Charlotte Metro) branch. This position is ideal for someone who has some parts warehouse and/or parts counter experience and who is ready to grow their professional career with a leading company in the heavy equipment industry.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Possess excellent customer service skills.

• Have at least a two-year degree or high school diploma.
• Have a foundation in heavy equipment, equipment components or like mechanical parts.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of manufacturers' parts ordering procedures.
• Familiar with safety requirements for a warehouse environment including operating forklift.
• Ability to expedite orders to meet customer needs.
