Job summary

Ascendum Machinery, Inc. in Concord, NC is seeking a Parts Warehouse Representative to support service technicians and internal customers with accurate parts pulls and timely orders. The role requires warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and a foundation in heavy equipment parts.

You'll maintain inventory, ensure safety, and collaborate with the team to provide excellent service in a busy parts operation at our Concord branch.

Ascendum Machinery, a leading Volvo Construction Equipment dealer, is offering an excellent opportunity for a Parts Warehouse Representative in our Concord, NC (Charlotte Metro) branch. This position is ideal for someone who has some parts warehouse and/or parts counter experience and who is ready to grow their professional career with a leading company in the heavy equipment industry.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications

• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in a warehouse setting
• Have at least a two-year degree or high school diploma.
• Have a foundation in heavy equipment, equipment components or like mechanical parts.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of manufacturers' parts ordering procedures.
• Familiar with safety requirements for a warehouse environment including operating forklift.
• Ability to expedite orders to meet customer needs.
