Job summary

Ascendum Machinery in Concord, NC (Charlotte Metro) is seeking a Parts Warehouse Representative with warehouse/parts counter experience to join our team. This full-time role offers growth in the heavy equipment industry and a path to advance within our Concord branch.

You will provide excellent customer service, pull and receive parts, and maintain inventory while following safety and company procedures. This position requires basic computer skills and forklift familiarity.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or high school diploma.

Responsibilities

Ascendum Machinery, a leading Volvo Construction Equipment dealer, is offering an excellent opportunity for a Parts Warehouse Representative in our Concord, NC (Charlotte Metro) branch. This position is ideal for someone who has some parts warehouse and/or parts counter experience and who is ready to grow their professional career with a leading company in the heavy equipment industry.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse setting
• Have at least a two-year degree or high school diploma.
• Have a foundation in heavy equipment, equipment components or like mechanical parts.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of manufacturers' parts ordering procedures.
• Familiar with safety requirements for a warehouse environment including operating forklift.
• Ability to expedite orders to meet customer needs.
