Job summary

M&R Printing Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Rep-Parts in Roselle, IL. You will handle parts inquiries, process orders, and provide pricing and shipping information to customers.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, technical environment. Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in customer service and may speak Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in customer service, preferably parts or technical environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or equipment industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to replacement parts via phone, email, and electronic systems.
• Identify correct parts using parts manuals, system data, and customer descriptions.
• Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in ERP or order management systems.
• Provide pricing, availability, lead times, and shipping information to customers.
• Track orders and follow up with customers on order status and delivery updates.
• Collaborate with service, engineering, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate part identification and fulfillment.
• Navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers to research and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications.
• Assist with resolving customer complaints, discrepancies, or order issues.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to parts processes and customer experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently across multiple systems.
• Excellent listening, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Mechanical aptitude or ability to learn technical product information.
• Computer proficiency (ERP/CRM systems preferred).
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Positive attitude and strong desire to learn.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish).
