Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive and process RMAs, Rental HMIs, lifter repairs, and orders for replacement parts or consumables.
• Route in-house repairs to Messer Repair Department; generate quotes and process sales orders.
• Create purchase orders and complete RMA/Repair forms; process credits for returns.
• Monitor RMAs to ensure timely returns; assist customers with RMA & Repair requests.
