Job summary

M&R Printing Equipment seeks a Customer Service Rep-Parts in Roselle, IL to support customers with replacement parts inquiries and orders. You will identify parts accurately, process orders in ERP, and coordinate with service and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service within manufacturing or equipment-based industries, strong multitasking, attention to detail, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience required (parts or technical environment preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or equipment-based industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to replacement parts via phone, email, and electronic systems.
• Identify correct parts using manuals, system data, and customer descriptions.
• Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges in ERP/order management systems.
• Provide pricing, availability, lead times, and shipping information to customers.
• Track orders and follow up with customers on order status and delivery updates.
• Collaborate with service, engineering, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate part identification and fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist with resolving customer complaints, discrepancies, or order issues.
