Qualifications

• Required: Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Required: Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call).
• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers.
• Answer store calls, look up parts and quote prices, offer Low-Price Guarantee.
• Maintain cash drawer, process transactions accurately.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Assist with planogram updates, stocking and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, lighting) when trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
