Responsibilities include processing orders, quoting, managing stock levels, and coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate documentation in ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in parts, customer service, inventory, warehouse, or industrial distribution environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to interpret parts and equipment.
• Experience reviewing technical documents, BOMs, or parts manuals.
• Customer-facing support via phone and email with professional tone.

Responsibilities

• Process customer parts orders and quotes accurately and efficiently.
• Provide pricing, availability, and lead-times for parts and related products.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email with clear communication.
• Research parts using BOMs and technical manuals to identify correct components.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and production teams to fulfill orders.
