Job summary

Westinghouse Outdoor Power Equipment is seeking a meticulous Parts Coordinator to handle receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and shipping of parts and materials in our Columbus warehouse. You will ensure accurate order fulfillment and maintain organized, safe operations.

Responsibilities include verifying inbound shipments, labeling and storing inventory, conducting cycle counts, processing orders, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating shipments with carriers, while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of warehouse/shipping/receiving/inventory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and verify quantities and product condition.
• Label, store, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Pick, pack, and ship parts; prepare shipping documentation and carrier paperwork.
• Coordinate shipments with freight carriers and ensure order accuracy before shipment.
• Support warehouse operations, safety, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist customers and internal teams with parts availability and status.
