Job summary

MANCON, LLC is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide counter service to MaineDOT staff, assist with inventory control, and handle data entry in inventory systems. The role includes occasional driving to pick up parts and returning them to the MANCON facility.

The position is hourly with compensation ranging from $16.00 to $24.61 per hour, depending on experience and certifications. Requires 1 year computer experience, a valid driver’s license, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year computer experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with two years driving experience.
• 1 year experience with auto or heavy-duty truck parts.
• Delivery Driver experience.
• Inventory experience.
• Obtain and maintain a forklift certificate.
• 24-hour availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide counter service to customers and assist with parts inquiries.
• Assist with inventory control and data entry in inventory systems.
• Drive to designated locations to pick up parts and return to MANCON site.
• Review invoices for pricing and quantities with vendors.
• Support inventory research and weekly cycle counts.
