MANCON, LLC is seeking a Parts Specialist I to provide counter service to city employees, assist with inventory control, and handle data entry tasks in inventory systems. The role may involve driving a MANCON vehicle to pick up parts and requires forklift operation, attention to detail, and 24‑hour availability.

The position emphasizes order accuracy, strong customer service, and adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines while supporting urgent part requests at the local site.

Competenze

• 1 year computer experience.
• 24-hour availability.
• Valid Driver’s License with two years driving experience.
• 1 year experience with auto or heavy-duty truck parts.
• Forklift license.

Mansioni

• Meet and greet our valued customers.
• Review SOPs and Safety Manual as required.
• Review requisition forms for completeness (signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions, quantities).
• Answer questions regarding part availability.
• Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched.
• Inform customers when requested parts are available.
• Drive to designated locations to pick up parts as needed.
• Review invoices at vendor locations for pricing and quantities.
• Return products to MANCON locations promptly.
• Assist with generating invoices in the inventory system.
• Assist with vendor receiving documents in the inventory system.
• Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and counts during wall‑to‑wall inventories.
