Job summary

MANCON, LLC seeks a Parts Specialist II to provide counter service to NJDOT employees, assist with inventory control, data entry, and customer service. Role may involve driving a MANCON vehicle to pick up parts and supporting vendor interactions.

Applicants should have at least 4 years of auto/HD truck parts experience, 1 year computer experience, and a valid driver's license with two years driving. Training for forklift and ASE certifications provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of computer experience.
• 4 years of auto/HD truck parts experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with two years driving experience.
• Obtain and maintain forklift license (training provided).
• Obtain and maintain P1 and P2 ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to NJDOT employees.
• Assist with inventory control and data entry in inventory systems.
• Drive MANCON vehicle to pick up parts.
• Review requisition forms for completeness (signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions and quantities).
• Review vendor invoices for pricing and quantity accuracy.
• Summarize and assist with weekly inventory cycle counts and wall-to-wall inventories at site.
• Provide 24-hour support at the NJDOT location during emergencies.
