MANCON, LLC is seeking a Parts Specialist I to provide courteous counter service to VDOT employees and assist with inventory control, data entry in inventory systems, and day-to-day warehouse tasks. The role may involve driving a MANCON vehicle to pick up parts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely returns to the location.

Responsibilities include answering part availability questions, processing requisitions, generating invoices, and performing weekly inventory cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Provide quality customer service and handle inquiries.
• Keep accurate records in inventory systems and ensure data integrity.
• Assist in stock control and order fulfillment processes.

Responsabilités

• Offer counter service to VDOT employees and respond to parts availability questions.
• Assist with weekly inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Drive MANCON vehicle to pickup parts and return items to the location.
• Review requisition forms for accuracy (signatures, timestamps, part numbers, quantities).
• Generate invoices and enter vendor receiving documents in the inventory system.
