Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service at the counter and assist with product inquiries.
• Assist inventory control and data entry in inventory systems.
• Drive MANCON vehicle to pick up parts when needed and verify accompanying documents.
• Review requisition forms for accuracy (signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions, quantities).
• Assist in generating invoices for customer requisitions in the inventory system and vendor receiving docs.
• Perform weekly inventory counts and participate in Wall-to-Wall inventories at site.
• Follow vehicle and equipment maintenance guidelines and provide 24-hour support during emergencies.
• Assist with Store Supervisor duties as assigned and participate in SCM training.
