Russo Hardware, Inc. in Greenfield, IN seeks a dedicated Parts Associate to help manage purchase orders and assist customers in finding the right parts for their equipment. This full-time, hourly role emphasizes excellent service and strong organizational skills.

You will set up manufacturers, part numbers, descriptions, pricing in the system, track inventories, and answer inquiries with accurate information about parts and availability, while delivering a positive, customer-focused experience.

Responsibilities

• Running a daily purchase order recommendation and ordering all special and stock orders for products that are below the minimum stocking level at the given time of year
• Working knowledge of how to set up new manufacturers, part numbers, product descriptions, product pricing, etc. in the computer system.
• Assist the parts manager/supervisor with tracking inventories
• Field and answer calls from customers
• Guide customers in identifying the correct parts for their equipment and provide expert recommendations when necessary
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about parts, pricing, and availability
• Other tasks as defined by management
