Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task; detail-oriented.
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the counter in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with service needs when bringing in machines.
• Communicate quotes and service completion details to customers.
• Prepare accurate service tickets and service quotes.
• Maintain visual standards within the department.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers; attract new ones.
• Assist customers with other business aspects as needed.
• Ensure a safe work environment for staff and customers.
