Responsibilities

• Running daily purchase order recommendations and ordering all special and stock orders for products below the minimum stocking level.
• Working knowledge of how to set up new manufacturers, part numbers, descriptions, pricing, etc. in the computer system.
• Assist the parts manager/supervisor with tracking inventories.
• Field and answer calls from customers.
• Guide customers in identifying the correct parts for their equipment and provide expert recommendations when necessary.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about parts, pricing, and availability.
• Other tasks as defined by management.
