O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist in La Vergne, TN to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to assist store management. You will greet customers, help them select merchandise, process transactions, and support stock and planogram updates.

Flexibility to assist professional customers, handle returns, and resolve issues is essential; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. ASE certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store simultaneously.
• Desirable familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, Weatherly index system, and automotive sales/service.

Responsabilités

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling.
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and credit transactions accurately.
• Handle exchanges/returns and resolve customer complaints.
• Support stock, planograms, and store cleanliness.
• Operate store test equipment after training and safe policy compliance.
• Perform in-store services and occasional deliveries as needed.
