Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Parts Specialist who delivers high level service to retail and installer customers. You will support store management and assist professional customers as needed.

You will greet customers, quote prices, process transactions, handle returns, and participate in daily stock and image maintenance. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and ASE certification is valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging systems, and automotive sales or service is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts and quote prices, and offer related items.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policies.
• Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, and inventory tasks.
