Qualifications

• Must provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Ability to multitask, handling in-store and phone interactions.
• Familiar with automotive parts and weatherly index system.
• ASE certification is desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installers with service tasks and guidance.
• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices and suggest related items.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy; handle cash, checks and card payments.
• Maintain cash drawer and security; address customer complaints amicably.
• Support planogram and image updates, stock shelves, and freight receiving.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., replace wipers, test batteries, etc.) where allowed.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed and per policy.
