Job summary

Crownstone Equipment is seeking a parts specialist to support daily operations at our Berks County branch. You will assist customers, process orders, and maintain inventory while coordinating with service and sales teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience in parts sales, inventory management or service support.
• Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting clients with parts selection, pricing and availability.
• Answer incoming calls and greet customers in the parts department with professionalism.
• Research parts in the inventory system to ensure correct orders.
• Stock incoming inventory and maintain organized storage for easy retrieval.
• Communicate with the Parts Manager about inventory levels, special orders and restocking needs.
• Collaborate with the service team to anticipate parts requirements and support efficient workflow.
• Make realistic commitments to customers and communicate proactively if delays or issues arise.
• Maintain accurate records of all parts sales, returns and inventory adjustments.
• Cross-train as needed to support service or rental operations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
