Responsibilities include outbound outreach, lead follow-up, CRM documentation, and cross-department support across Sales, Parts, Service, and Rental. A strong customer focus and proven sales mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with equipment, construction, or outdoor power gear is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and identify customer needs.
• Sell retail product lines and generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct outbound outreach and follow-ups; document in CRM.
• Provide backup support to branches/departments.
