Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Orting, WA seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with parts selection, handling transactions, and maintaining store displays. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Eligible candidates will participate in daily operations, assist with inventory, returns, and planogram updates, and may drive for deliveries when needed. ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Spanish language ability is a plus and helpful in serving diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions securely.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints cheerfully.
• Perform store maintenance tasks and planogram updates.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, codes).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
