O'Reilly Auto Parts in Anacortes, WA is hiring a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, look up parts, process transactions, and support store management with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilités

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installers in serving professional customers.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per policy.
• Maintain cash drawer, process payments, and balance cash in register.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily store tasks including stocking and organizing.
• Assist with in-store services (wiper installs, batteries, diagnostics) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
