Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling in-store and phone customers simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly manner and assist with merchandise selections.
• Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policy.
• Answer store phones, look up parts and quote prices, and promote related items.
• Maintain cash drawer, accept payments, and process transactions.
• Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, and cleaning.
• Perform in-store service tasks (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) as allowed by state law.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when necessary.
• All other duties as assigned.
