Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Massillon, OH is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to assist store management with daily tasks.

You will greet customers, look up parts, quote prices, process transactions, handle exchanges, and support in-store services while maintaining accurate cash handling and stock levels. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences required.
• Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service required.
• Must multitask, handling phone and in-store customers simultaneously.
• Familiarity with automotive parts and sales or service preferred.
• Spanish language ability is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help select merchandise.
• Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Answer store calls, look up parts and quote prices, and promote related items.
• Maintain cash drawer, process transactions, and handle exchanges/returns per policy.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries) where allowed by law; drive deliveries as needed.
