Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Chatham, IL is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will help customers select merchandise, answer questions, and process transactions with accuracy.

You'll support store management, assist with daily operations, and may perform in-store services. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; ASE certification preferred for advancement and higher earning potential.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
• Assist with store operations and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services and possible deliveries as needed.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
