Compensation Pay Range

$16.66 - $20.50

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums which may be paid in specific circumstances. Premiums may vary based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-level service to retail and installer customers.
• Support store management in assigned tasks.
• Follow all customer service programs (e.g., Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee).
• Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone.
• Assist with serving professional customers and completing relevant training.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process returns and exchanges.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Perform daily operational tasks such as stocking, freight receival, and inventory counts.
• Operate store equipment after training.
• Perform in-store services like installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning vehicle trouble codes.
• Drive delivery vehicle if business needs arise and driving record meets requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Required: Ability to match alphanumeric sequences, provide excellent customer service, multitask effectively.

Desired: Automotive parts knowledge, ASE certification, bilingual in Spanish preferred.
