Position Overview

As a V-twin Parts Sales Specialist at Turn 14 Distribution, you’ll be a key player in delivering exceptional service and driving sales in the powersports aftermarket industry. You’ll focus on parts and accessories for iconic brands like Harley-Davidson, Indian Motorcycles, and other cruiser motorcycles. Your expertise will help customers find the perfect solutions while contributing to Turn 14’s continued growth by meeting sales targets and staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and margin targets in the V-twin segment, focusing on parts and accessories for Harley-Davidson, Indian Motorcycles, and cruisers.
• Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and instant messaging during business hours.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Turn 14 Distribution’s V-twin products, including parts, accessories, web tools, and company policies, to guide customers effectively.
• Actively participate in company initiatives such as new brand launches and strategic projects to support growth goals.
• Engage in ongoing vendor training to stay updated on the latest products and industry trends in the V-twin and cruiser markets.
• Monitor competitor offerings to better position Turn 14’s brands and products within the marketplace.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the Aftermarket Performance Powersports segment as a whole
• At least 1 year of experience within the performance powersports industry
• Specific knowledge of the V-twin market, including key brands like Harley-Davidson and Indian Motorcycles
• Mastery of providing exemplary customer service

• Highly organized and efficient in daily tasks
• Strong ability to close sales successfully
• Willingness to visit dealers independently or with our Outside Sales Team
