Central Power Systems & Services, a privately held company with roots dating back to 1954, is seeking a Parts Specialist.

Primary Function

You will be the front counter contact in the parts department, serving as the go-to person for parts. Experience in parts sales and delivery, especially with heavy equipment or brands like MTU, DEVELON, Allison, CAT, or Cummins, is highly desirable. Excellent customer relations and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
• Coordinate with vendors and customers to ensure timely parts delivery
• Manage daily and weekly shipments
• Organize and ship parts efficiently
• Support shipping and receiving operations as needed
• Develop and maintain SOPs for shipping & receiving
• Research parts pricing via websites and vendor databases
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in parts lookup and sourcing
• Product knowledge of heavy equipment parts
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service orientation
