PARTS SPECIALIST

Primary Function

You will serve as the front counter contact in the parts department, acting as the “parts go-to” person. Ideally, you have at least one year of experience in parts sales and delivery, especially with heavy equipment parts. Experience with MTU, DEVELON, Allison, CAT, or Cummins is a plus. Excellent customer relations and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
• Coordinate with vendors and customers for timely parts delivery
• Prepare and perform daily & weekly shipments
• Organize and ship parts efficiently
• Support shipping and receiving departments as needed
• Create and update SOPs for shipping & receiving
• Research parts pricing via websites and vendor databases
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager

Qualifications

• Experience in parts lookup and sourcing
• Knowledge of heavy equipment parts
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
