Job summary

Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in McHenry, IL is hiring a full-time Parts Specialist to assist customers with sales and parts requests, manage warranty and service requests, and help organize inventory. Work hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and every other Saturday.

You will foster positive customer relations, respond quickly to inquiries, and ensure parts availability in collaboration with the production team, while handling warranty scheduling and order processing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inquiries in a cooperative, supportive, and professional manner.
• Serve as a customer liaison to the parts and service department.
• Complete customer orders and schedule warranty service work.
