Job summary

Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in McHenry, IL is hiring a full-time Parts Specialist to assist customers with sales and parts requests, manage warranty and service inquiries, and help organize inventory.

You will engage with customers, respond promptly to inquiries, order parts, schedule warranty work, and collaborate with production to ensure parts availability. A High School Diploma or GED and strong customer service and computer skills are required.

This position works Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and every other Saturday.
