Job summary

Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in McHenry, IL is hiring a full-time Parts Specialist to assist customers with sales and parts requests, manage warranty and service requests, and help organize and manage inventory. This role supports the parts and service teams and ensures inventory is accurate.

This position works Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and every other Saturday, offering opportunities to collaborate with production and service departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive customer relations through effective communication.
• Respond quickly to inquiries in a cooperative, professional manner.
• Serve as a customer liaison to the parts and service department.
• Complete customer orders and schedule warranty service work.
• Order parts and maintain an organized inventory of parts.
• Work directly with the production team to assure needed parts are available.
