FindItParts is seeking a customer-focused Parts Counter Specialist to manage inquiries from first contact to order fulfillment. You will identify parts, provide professional guidance, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include sourcing, quoting, and assisting with cross-references while delivering reliable service to maintain strong customer relationships. A fast-paced environment demands accuracy and ownership of outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of parts counter experience.
• ASE Certification (P1 or P2) within the last 2 years.
• Mechanic experience with automotive or heavy-duty truck parts.
• Able to manage 50+ calls per day in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone and chat with parts identification, technical support, quotations, and ordering.
• Provide accurate information on product applications, pricing, availability, shipping options, and lead times.
• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
