Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field; three years call center experience or equivalent.
• Proven customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with order processing and invoicing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and emails for parts look up and orders.
• Assist walk-in customers at the counter.
• Educate, suggest and/or sell products and add-on parts.
• Process phone or fax orders accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with warehouse and office staff to resolve issues.
