Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with an energetic, solutions-oriented attitude.
• Research and identify parts for customers and create/manage orders.
• Advise substitutions when replacements are not available.
• Proactively pursue needs by dates to manage emergency fees and freight.
• Research and procure all will call parts for walk-in customers.
• Provide answers to customer questions on will-call orders, back orders, shipping, and logistics.
• Proactively manage customer expectations related to back orders.
• Perform warehouse journeyman and parts specialist duties as required.
• Pull, pack and release of parts orders as needed.
• Participate in phone soft skill monthly training.
• Participate and complete training as required or as available.
• Work daily customer back-order queue (EMBO report).
• Process 30-day returns.
• Process and stage customer orders.
• Clean and stock storefront and Parts Express area daily and as needed.
