Karl Malone PowerSports in Draper, UT is seeking a Parts Department Assistant to support customers and staff in identifying, pricing, and locating standard-issued and custom parts. In this role you help ensure parts availability for repairs and custom jobs.

You will collaborate with the Parts Manager, maintain friendly communication with customers, and adhere to safety and local regulations while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in-person and over the phone.
• Prompt and courteous.
• Enthusiastic personality with a team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales of parts from start to finish.
• Work with the Parts Manager to locate any parts, not in stock.
• Aid in locating and completing special order part requests for the customer.
• Communicate with customers on parts status.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand and maintain all company safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the industry.
