Owen Equipment in Spokane, WA is hiring a Parts Customer Service Representative to help customers and technicians identify, locate and purchase the correct parts. You will work on a small team at our Spokane branch, taking and filling orders, supporting the service department and growing parts sales through proactive customer contact.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person, by phone and email; using catalogs and diagrams to identify parts; processing quotes and orders; and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in parts, counter sales, customer service or warehouse.
• Ability to read catalogs, diagrams and lookup systems.
• Basic computer skills: order entry, email, Word, Excel.
• Clear verbal and written communication with orders and payments.
• Comfortable contacting customers proactively and recommending products.
• Able to switch between counter, phone, warehouse and admin work.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers and technicians in person, by phone and email with parts identification and orders.
• Identify correct parts using catalogs, diagrams and lookup systems.
• Provide technical product information and resolve issues and returns per policy.
• Contact existing customers to identify parts needs and follow up on quotes/backorders.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, payments, and returns accurately.
• Fulfill parts for service orders and coordinate with technicians for timely delivery.
• Source parts from vendors and other Owen locations to minimize downtime.
• Receive, stock, pick, pack and ship parts with verification.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with counts.
• Keep the parts area clean and organized and suggest stocking changes.
