Job summary

Owen Equipment in Portland, OR is seeking an experienced Parts Sales Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will provide exceptional service to parts customers in person and by phone, assist with inventory management and order processing.

This role requires a high school diploma, knowledge of parts catalogues and inventory systems, good communication, and the ability to multitask. Valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are also required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive/truck parts industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of parts catalogues, inventory systems and computer applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support to parts customers in person and over the phone.
• Assist with inventory management, order processing, invoicing, shipping and receiving of parts.
