Job summary

Gaylord Ventilation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the service team in Tualatin, Oregon. The role focuses on processing parts and service orders, quotes, invoicing, and providing technical support to customers.

You will interact with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing and Finance and report to the Director of Operations. This 100% on-site position requires strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business required; two years’ office admin experience.
• On-site, 100% in-office role; strong communication and organizational skills.
• ERP experience with SysPro preferred; shipping/packaging experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process parts and service orders, quotes, and invoicing.
• Inform customers of prices, shipping dates, delays, and needed information.
• Maintain warranty service orders and returns.
• On-site interaction with team and departments.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone.
