Job summary

Coric Equipment in Fresno, CA is seeking a Product Support Salesperson to drive parts, service, and maintenance program sales and select warehouse products. You will prepare quotes, pursue new customers, and secure service contracts while supporting existing customers across the territory.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently. A high school diploma and forklift certification are preferred assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Intermediate computer skills are required.
• Rudimentary knowledge of equipment maintenance procedures and internal combustion engine design.

Responsibilities

• Prepare professional sales quotes with accurate pricing and background materials.
• Secure proper authorization from Management for quotes and non-standard transactions.
• Prospect geographical territory for new customers with regular cold calling.
• Secure service contracts and parts business from existing customers.
• Educate customers on operation, charging, and maintenance of all equipment.
• Accurately manage customer list, maintain and build database.
