Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
• Experience in material handling, industrial equipment, or service-based industries is a plus.
• Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Territory Growth & Account Development: identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Sales of Maintenance Agreements, Parts, and Services: present PM agreements, promote OEM and aftermarket parts, coordinate service quotes and scheduling.
• Customer Support & Relationship Management: be the primary contact for service status, parts availability, and scheduling.
• Operational Coordination: work with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting and track sales activity.
• Performance Expectations: meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain client visits.
