Job summary

DistributionNOW is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support warehouse operations, handle shipping/receiving, and process orders. You will assist with quotations, maintain ERP records, and coordinate with vendors on pricing and purchasing.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and at least two years of related experience, with strong Excel skills and good communication abilities. This role emphasizes accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Handle shipping, receiving, and deliveries.
• Create, develop, and close orders.
• Provide quotations to customers and assist with AR as needed.
• Enter information into the ERP system and track orders.
• Source pricing from vendors and issue purchase orders.
• Monitor deliveries, expedite when required, and manage returns.
