Responsibilities include receiving inbound shipments, order fulfillment, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining inventory records, conducting quality checks, and coordinating transport to vendors and project locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Proficiency operating material handling equipment (forklifts and pallet jacks).
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and ensure accurate receipt and documentation.
• Fulfill orders by picking, packing, and staging for distribution.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update digital logs.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment and assist with safety practices.
• Coordinate transport of equipment to vendors and project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound shipments from vendors, ensuring all merchandise is accurately received and documented.
• Execute order fulfillment by efficiently picking, packing, and staging inventory for distribution.
• Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and electric pallet jacks, to safely transport materials throughout the warehouse and to job sites.
• Maintain precise inventory records and update digital logs to ensure real-time visibility of stock levels.
• Conduct regular quality inspections, reporting any discrepancies or damaged goods to leadership immediately.
• Optimize warehouse organization to ensure a safe, clean, and accessible environment for all team members.
• Coordinate the transport of equipment and supplies to external vendors and project locations as needed.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year of professional experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proficiency in operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience operating trailer equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume distribution settings.
• Experience with inventory management software and data entry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to safety culture.
