O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to serve professional customers at the installer counter. This role oversees delivery coordination, ensures accurate order fulfillment, and supports both front and back-of-house duties in a fast-paced store environment.

Ideal candidates possess a strong mechanics background, solid communication skills, and familiarity with automotive repairs. Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are highly encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above-average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs (desired).
• ASE Certification (desired).
• Bilingual candidates encouraged (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders by phone and online, invoice orders, and direct delivery team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles and inspections are maintained and logged daily.
• Coordinate with Sales Specialists/Territory Managers to provide superior service.
• Verify product/merchandise are billed and credits issued promptly.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed; support backroom duties.
