Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to service professional customers from the installer counter and oversee daily delivery operations. You will ensure accurate, timely orders and work with delivery staff to optimize routing and fulfillment.

The role requires a strong mechanical background, effective communication, and crosstraining with sales teams. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, including Spanish speakers.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background and diagnostic ability.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• Spanish language proficiency is highly desired.
• ASE Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Process orders by phone and online, invoice, and direct delivery planning.
• Direct delivery specialists to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles and inspections are maintained and logged.
• Coordinate with Sales Specialists to provide superior service.
• Verify billing for warranty parts and cores at checkout.
• Handle core/warranty returns promptly and accurately.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Support backroom duties: stock, returns, auto-load, etc.
