CHASE Staffing is seeking a dependable Parts & Service Administrative Specialist in the Douglasville, GA area. The role supports tools, parts, and service by coordinating repairs, managing inventory, preparing quotes, processing orders, and communicating with customers and internal teams.

This is primarily administrative with some warehouse and tool-room duties. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Recent administrative, customer service, parts, inventory, purchasing, service, or order-processing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to type at least 45 words per minute and use a 10-key keypad.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
• Ability to interpret information, track activity, and generate reports.

Responsabilités

• Schedule service and tool-repair activities while balancing workloads.
• Receive incoming tools and parts, verify orders, and store items.
• Log tools and repairs and begin tracking processes.
• Prepare detailed customer repair quotes including parts and labor.
• Pull parts for service orders and invoice completed orders.
• Order and ship components to and from vendors.
• Maintain inventory levels and procurement for repairs.
